Founder
Gerry katiforis
Founded in 1993 by Gerry Katiforis, Fresh Generation has developed a reputation as Melbourne's premier wholesale fruit and vegetable suppler. Produce is sourced directly from local growers and has enjoyed a long relationship with Glenora Heritage Farms. Fresh Generation occupies a 30,000 square foot warehouse with cool store capacity of 150 pallets and dry store capacity of 250. We have a fleet of 3 refrigerated trucks and 8 delivery vans.
Philosophy
Fresh Generation was established to supply fresh fruit and vegetables to the food service and hospitality industry of Melbourne. We supply our clients with native Australian produce, free-range eggs, along with the full range of fresh fruit and vegetables pealed and processed.
